Gosnold to Open Social Model At Shore Road Program in Cataumet, MA

Cataumet, MA – April 5, 2024 – Gosnold, a leading provider of behavioral health and addiction treatment services, is thrilled to announce the launch of a Social Model At Shore Road Program in Cataumet, MA, slated to open its doors in the spring of 2024. This innovative program will cater to 20 adult men seeking a supportive, peer-centered approach to recovery from alcohol and substance use disorders.

Social Model At Shore Road Houses (SLHs) have gained increasing attention for their effectiveness in promoting abstinence and supporting individuals in maintaining recovery. Gosnold’s program will adhere to core social model principles, including shared alcohol- and drug-free living environments, a goal of abstinence, peer support, and involvement in mutual help groups.
