Individual, Couples & Family Counseling

Individual Counseling

A licensed and experienced clinician provides counseling for a variety of substance use and mental health conditions and treatment is tailored to the needs of the individual patient.

Couples Counseling

Sometimes mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, or substance use put a strain on a relationship.  Sometimes stressors such as deaths or relocations result in conflicts.  Even happy events such as the birth of a child can cause us to have difficulty adjusting to new situations.  Couples therapy is designed to help couples of any type to resolve conflicts and strengthen their relationship.

Family Counseling

Gosnold provides family counseling by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW).  Sessions are supportive and solution-focused to guide families in the development and enhancement of positive relationships and effective communication skills.
