Intensive Outpatient Program
IOP is best suited for patients whose primary diagnosis is mental health. This structured level of care provides individuals with ongoing support while allowing them the flexibility to continue living at home. Patients receive comprehensive services, including medication management, group therapy, and case management, ensuring their treatment plan addresses both clinical needs and personal goals.
IOP programs are offered five days per week, with the opportunity to step down to three days per week as patients progress in their treatment. Our team works closely with each individual to adjust schedules based on their unique needs, treatment goals, and personal responsibilities. This flexible approach allows patients to receive the support they need while balancing work, school, and other daily activities. The program promotes stability and consistency while giving participants opportunities to practice the skills they learn in real-life settings.
The length of participation in IOP typically ranges from 6 to 8 weeks, depending on each individual’s treatment goals and progress. This combination of structure, flexibility, and personalized care makes IOP an effective option for many patients on their recovery journey.
