Gosnold’s Urgent Care Program offers same day individual sessions virtually or in-person during extended hours at our Falmouth, Centerville or Stoughton locations. This program is for those with an urgent behavioral health need. An “urgent behavioral health need” may include changes in behavior or thoughts that cause distress and require immediate support through an evaluation or therapy.
Important: Urgent Care is not for those experiencing emergency symptoms with immediate risk of harm to themselves or others. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
The program offers range of services for non-emergency access to treatment that includes:

- Same or next day evaluations based on initial triage
- Mental health assessments
- Substance use treatment
- Psychopharmacology appointments within 72 hours of an initial appointment
- Addiction medication evaluation (MAT) within 72 hours of an initial evaluation
- All other treatment appointments, including follow-up appointments, within 14 calendar days
