A group specifically tailored for women in early recovery that focuses on developing a proactive relapse prevention plan.

Early Recovery:

The goal is to enhance and reinforce newly learned coping skills to deal with common triggers and stressors experienced in early recovery.

Mindfulness and Recovery:

A group for adult men and women over the age of 18 utilizing a mindfulness-based approach to early recovery. Participants explore mindful strategies for stress management, overcoming depression, and resisting compulsions.

Stoughton: Thursday, 9:00–10:30 AM

Parenting Class:

A twelve-session, rolling admission course for parents in recovery.

Stoughton: Thursday, 4:00–5:30 PM

Continuing Care Recovery Group

Sobriety Maintenance through peer support, reinforcing new ways of coping with early recovery stressors, feelings, and fear. Member will receive education about the recovery process and reinforcement of successful strategies utilized by group members to prevent relapse.

Centerville: Monday, 4:00 – 5:00 PM, 5:00 – 6:00 PM

Anger Management

Open to men and women over the age of 18. Court ordered or self-pay available.

Seeking Safety

A group for women over the age of 18 to help them obtain safety from trauma and substance abuse. This group is designed to help participants learn new skills for self-empowerment and develop strategies for creating appropriate and healthy boundaries in their present day to day lives.

Dual Diagnosis Recovery

A recovery group for patients with addiction and a co-occurring psychiatric diagnosis. The group focus is to develop healthy coping skills to live substance-free and manage emotional symptoms.

Falmouth: Monday, 1:00–2:00 PM

Creative Recovery

An early recovery group that uses artistic mediums and creative writing to explore and express the transition from active addiction to recovery.

Falmouth: Wednesday, 4:00–5:00 PM

Resiliency Training (R.E.S.T.) 

A mindfulness-based counseling group for individuals ages 25 and older experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression.

Mashpee: Tuesday, 5:30–7:00 PM (Eight weekly sessions)

Safe. Sober. Stable.: 

A dual diagnosis group that focuses on relapse prevention, mood issues such as anxiety and depression and a combination of both mood and recovery issues. The goal of this group is to learn and build skills for early recovery from mood and substance abuse.

Resources, Insight, Skills, and Education (R.I.S.E): 

A group for adult men and women with a psychiatric and/or addiction diagnosis. The group focus is to develop healthy coping skills for adults living with mental health or substance abuse challenges.

Provincetown: Tuesday, 2:00–3:15 PM

H.O.P.E: 

A support group for adult men and women who are in early recovery or are contemplating recover, to gain awareness and support to live a substance-free life.
